To make this year's tax season the smoothest & most efficient one yet, please find our new procedures below:

 

1. E-mail your tax documents to Kat @ Kstonovsky@d-acpa.com or CLICK HERE

2. If you would like an invite for a secure portal link, please e-mail Shyann @ Shuggins@d-acpa.com or CLICK HERE 

3. Our firm will be requiring all taxpayers to sign an engagement letter prior to the preparation of your tax return for your file - please keep an eye out for this coming to your inbox

4. In order to minimize the clutter in our email inboxes, please refrain from CC'ing multiple team members on your emails

Please take note of upcoming dates and deadlines:



• January 15th-4th and final estimated tax payment to IRS for 2024

• January 31st-Deadline for W-2's, 1099-NEC and 1099-Misc.

• February 28th-Deadline for 1099-Int, 1099-Div, 1098 & 1098-T

• March 15th-Business tax deadline for Partnerships, S Corporations & Trust Returns not located in Federal Disaster Area due to Hurricanes Helene & Milton

• March 31st-FL Homestead Applications due for 2025 property taxes

• April 1st-FL Tangible Property Tax Returns Due

• April 15th- Individual and C Corporation Tax Return Deadline or extension request for Partnerships, S Corporations & Trust Returns not located in Federal Disaster Area due to Hurricanes Helene & Milton and 1st quarterly deadline for estimated IRS tax payments.

• May 1st-2024 Business and Personal tax deadline or extension request for taxpayers located in a Federally Declared Disaster Zone - Applies to FL Residents

• May 1st-2023 Personal tax return deadline with extension for hurricanes

• May 1st-2025 FL Annual Reports Due
